La Ley N° 1497, promulgada el 1 de marzo de 2023, establece la creación de la Unidad Territorial del "Territorio Indígena Multiétnico - TIM" en el Departamento de Beni, Bolivia. Define su base territorial mediante Títulos Ejecutoriales y especifica sus colindancias con los municipios de Santa Ana y San Ignacio. Los límites se describen con coordenadas geodésicas en el Sistema de Referencia WGS-84, y se aprueba un mapa oficial que debe ser incorporado en la cartografía nacional por el Instituto Geográfico Militar. La ley también modifica los límites de los mencionados municipios y abroga disposiciones contrarias.

Por cuanto, la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional, ha sancionado la siguiente Ley:

LEY DE CREACIÓN DE LA UNIDAD TERRITORIAL
DEL "TERRITORIO INDÍGENA MULTIÉTNICO - TIM"
ARTÍCULO 1. (OBJETO).
La presente Ley tiene por objeto la Creación de la Unidad Territorial del "Territorio Indígena Multiétnico - TIM", en el Departamento de Beni, de acuerdo a lo establecido en los artículos 2 y 269 al Capítulo Séptimo del Título Primero de la Tercera Parte de la Constitución Política del Estado.
ARTÍCULO 2. (BASE DE UNIDAD TERRITORIAL).
La Unidad Territorial del "Territorio Indígena Multiétnico - TIM", ubicado en el Departamento de Beni, tiene como base territorial; Títulos Ejecutoriales N° TCONAL000192 del 30 de julio 2008, N° PCM-NAL-017133 del 27 de diciembre de 2016, N° TIOC-NAL-000300 del 11 de marzo de 2019 de acuerdo a las coordenadas y vértices descritos en los artículos 4, 5 y 6 de la presente Ley.

ARTÍCULO 5. (REGISTRO DE COORDENADAS).
Las coordenadas se encuentran en el Sistema de Referencia WGS-84, de acuerdo al siguiente detalle:
ARTÍCULO 6. (LISTADO DE COMUNIDADES).
Las coordenadas de las comunidades, localidades y poblaciones, se encuentran en el Sistema de Referencia WGS-84, con coordenadas UTM, zonas 19 y 20, de acuerdo al detalle de las comunidades, cuyos nombres tienen carácter referencial y no modifican la denominación de las comunidades:
ARTÍCULO 7. (MAPA OFICIAL).
Se aprueba el Mapa oficial de la Unidad Territorial del "Territorio Indígena Multiétnico - TIM", ubicado en el Departamento de Beni, consignado en el Anexo que es parte indivisible de la presente Ley.
ARTÍCULO 8. (MODIFICACIÓN DE LÍMITES).
Los límites del Territorio Indígena Multiétnico - TIM, modifican los límites de los Municipios de San Ignacio y Santa Ana del Departamento de Beni.
ARTÍCULO 9. (INCORPORACIÓN EN LA CARTOGRAFÍA NACIONAL).
El Instituto Geográfico Militar debe incluir en la cartografía nacional el mapa oficial de la Unidad Territorial del "Territorio Indígena Multiétnico - TIM".
DISPOSICIÓN ABROGATORIA Y DEROGATORIA
ÚNICA.
Se abrogan y derogan todas las disposiciones contrarias a la presente Ley.
Remítase al Órgano Ejecutivo para fines constitucionales.
Es dada en la Sala de Sesiones de la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional, a los dos días del mes de febrero del año dos mil veintitrés.
